Comprehensive design and supervision of the construction of the company's headquarters in Szczecin

Company Headquarters | The new headquarters of Gardenia Deweloper in Szczecin was designed by the architectural firm ANNA THUROW Architektura i wnętrza as an office space tailored to the modern needs of teamwork and client meetings. The architects organized the initially empty space in such a way as to maximize the use of natural light in the work areas.

The office layout has been designed to allow for easy movement between different zones and flexible use of various meeting spaces. The individual spaces accommodate both individual work and collaborative work by multiple people in a comfortable environment. At the same time, the back-office areas have been discreetly separated from the public areas.

The interior design deliberately departs from the stereotypical image of an office space. The architects have given it an atmosphere more akin to a residential interior, making it easier for clients visiting the developer’s office to envision the character of the future apartments and homes the company offers.

The material palette features subdued and timeless finishes: wood paneling, textured plaster, and natural stone, which soften the interior’s simple geometry. The original concrete ceiling has also been preserved, emphasizing the space’s structural character. Against the backdrop of a calm palette of materials, accents of natural green quartzite appear, introducing a distinctive compositional element.

A standout feature of the office is the conference room, decorated in a monochromatic, subdued green color scheme. The uniquely shaped ceiling not only serves an acoustic purpose but also references elements of historic German architecture found in this part of the city, where Klein ceilings were traditionally used.

All spaces include areas designated for displaying art, which serves as an important compositional element and gives each space its own unique character.
