CS House | The comprehensive architectural, interior, and landscape design of this residence, located in the immediate vicinity of Silesian Park in Chorzów, responds to the site’s unique context—a blend of nature, high-quality development, and strict planning guidelines. The compact building volume, topped with a classic envelope roof, conceals fully functional interiors free of sloping ceilings, ensuring maximum flexibility in interior design.

The centerpiece of the home is the double-height living room, where meticulously designed windows bring natural light deep into the space. This lighting subtly highlights the open staircase, finished with copper panels, giving the interior a sophisticated yet timeless character. Every detail has been designed with cohesion in mind—from the functional layout to the selection of materials.

Inspired by the traditional working-class architecture of early 20th-century Silesia, the design has been reimagined in a contemporary style, blending pragmatism with elegance. The project respects the noble character of its surroundings while providing residents with a high level of privacy and comfort in close proximity to nature.
